TWICE AS NICE

‘TWICE AS NICE’ is the fifth story from I AND ME. The collection pays homage to a place in time, before the Internet, when word of mouth (usually from older brothers or sisters) put you on to things you had never heard, felt or seen before. And when the everyday was defined by learning more about a new obsession by any means.

‘TWICE AS NICE’ is modelled on these discoveries and the beautiful pursuit of growing and becoming; when working out who you are and what you want, but moreover, figuring out how to become is everything.

The collection is particularly interested in the two opposing sides to the above, the dusk and the dawn, and the un-precise in-betweens between then and now.

Key earthy, suburban colours define the palette. Washed out and worn by the elements, tactile fabrics and silhouettes, all fit for purpose. Lived in, park bench scuffed and woodland battered, reminiscent of sepia-tone family photo albums covered in dust in a drawer somewhere.

Black, Vintage and Acid Wash selvedge jeans updates sit alongside new denim styles; selvedge painters pants, boilersuits and bucket hats, cropped and full-length anoraks and worker skirts in Over-Dyed Spice, Raw Indigo, and Textured Ecru. Our new worker chore jacket and pant in Midnight Blue adds a twilight highlight to the denim palette.


Daring proportions, oversized styling and layering reminiscent of borrowed pieces and hand me downs. Key jersey styles include a printed logo update to our Essential T and new hoodie shapes.

There is even a nod to the older raver brother in a signature, woven silk check.
