BETTER WITH U is the ninth collection from I AND ME.

An ode to ‘The Baggy Generation’ where music fanatics paired pattern, colour and texture to create ultra-casual / hyper-characterful outfits, BETTER WITH U lays particular focus on the era-defining rule that, above all else, the clothes MUST be loose enough to dance in.

BETTER WITH U is our first completely biodegradable collection, utilitising screw off metal wear and natural threads, enabling the customer to recycle the entire product at the end of the garments life cycle.

Our signature Wide, Baggy and Slim leg silhouettes make a comeback, alongside complimentary co-ord tops and outerwear pieces available across four core denim fabrics; 

An organic cotton / hemp selvedge denim from Italian mill Candiani. Sustainably washed and available in rinse indigo, vintage and bleach. This classic 13oz ridged fabric has been gently woven on 60s shuttle looms with authentic preshrunk finishing. 

A textured beige selvedge denim from Japanese mill Collect, Kojima. Woven on old shuttle looms from the 1980s, the striking grey and white twisted weft gives a strong surface texture and classic workwear feel. 

And finally, a cotton / linen stripe, produced on antique jacquard looms, available in both natural and indigo colour ways.

We are also delighted to introduce a brand new knitwear category of seamless, zero waste pieces produced in Aberdeenshire, Scotland and a new range of 100% organic cotton Essential Ts; both short and long sleeve.

The Everyday Jumper is a classic, soft-brushed crew neck in two signature striped colour ways, alongside a British breed un-dyed eco-wool option with a beautiful, natural texture. 

The Pocket Cardigan is a button up, deep V-neck, offering up new styling opportunities as a versatile, textured layer to the range, including bespoke dyed natural corrozo buttons.

The new slim line Long Sleeve T, knitted using a premium drop needle technique is the perfect base layer under (or over) our favourite 2x2 Ribbed Essential T; reintroduced in a palette of Putty, Dusty Pink and Beige.

By combining bold new colours and textures with the core denim staples that have shaped our seasonless and gender neutral story to date, BETTER WITH U extends the I AND ME offering into a new playful and animated realm; befitting of the genre defining, nomadic spirit of a generation.
