Off Season

I AND ME’s debut collection pays homage to the coastal towns of Britain; towns that hibernate when the sun doesn’t shine, with a particular focus on when the crowds don’t flock and few remain, in quiet stasis waiting on the sunshine to return.

In this regard, I AND ME ‘Off Season’ is Spring Summer reversed - a reflection of a mood where the sun dictates the ebb and flow of life and love. When the winds pick up, on grey-wet-concrete promenades and an absent feeling looms amongst the weatherbeaten streets and seafronts. I AND ME celebrates the uncelebrated with a collection designed for the sunshine, but prepared for a downpour.

I AND ME combines functional wardrobe staples in rusted blue washed Japanese selvedge denim and textured indigo Italian jersey fabric. These staples are layered with statement outerwear and accessories to further highlight the mood that Off Season brings. 

To complete the collection, I AND ME offers a five-piece ceramics range, designed to further evoke a weatherworn, seascape palette through a washed out white glaze and multi-textured surface.
